We provide delivery services 7 days a week to ensure our customers can enjoy their favorite meals whenever they need them.

Please note that our service may be temporarily unavailable during Friday prayer break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Our regular delivery service hours are:

9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Daily)

Orders placed within these hours will be processed and delivered according to our standard delivery schedule.

In special circumstances, customers may require support outside our regular delivery hours. In such cases, Royal Cafe will try its best to provide assistance through our delivery support team whenever possible.

Customers can contact our support team for emergency delivery requests, and we will evaluate each request based on availability and operational conditions.

Royal Cafe delivers orders within our available service areas. Delivery availability may depend on location, distance, weather conditions, and operational capacity.

Customers may receive order updates through available communication channels, including SMS, phone calls, or app notifications (where applicable).
